At this event, we provide a broader perspective on how to work strategically with Big Data and how to cope with the challenges of the steps from analytics to strategy. Specifically, we will focus on the following two areas:
How to optimize the HR function – and the organization as a whole – to more effectively turn strategy into results? In this session, we discuss the role of strategic HR and the value of data-driven human capital decision-making. We present real life examples on how connecting people and performance – through human capital analytics – will help companies optimize managerial decision-making.
Customer Relationship Management: For decades, the successful company has known and shown that proactive use of customer data can yield positive results. Therefore, this session will reveal how the explosive growth in data and communication channels is likely to influence everyday consumer decision making and behaviour. The challenge is how to benefit from Big Data both strategically and tactically across all customer touch points.
